Ryan Shay

A interview with Alicia Shay, wife of runner Ryan Shay who passed away during the 2008 Olympic Marathon Trials. Ryan loved running, and devoted his life to perfecting the craft he loved. Ryan's death has had a tremendous impact on the running community, and everyday as we head out for our run we should be thankful for the ability we have to work hard and push ourselves to becoming the best possible athletes we can be.
