2009 4-mile Time Trial

The 2009 Cross Country season officially started today. The team completed their 4-mile time trial with an emphasis on "Healthy Competition".

A little comparison to 2008... and to once again show you what happens when you put in the extra work. Thanks to everyone for running hard today and challenging themselves.

• The average for the top 5 girls last year was 33:33... this year was 32:30. (1:03 faster!)
  
• The average for the top 5 boys last year was 26:18... this year was 24:55. (1:23 faster!)
