
I came across this website today. We have devoted a little time this winter to developing our push ups and pull ups. This website provides the right information for any of you who want to increase the number of push ups you can do. I am sure the training plans could be applied to pull ups.
I might actually have to give this one a try. To be able to do 100 push ups... that's pretty impressive if you ask me.
