The Right Approach

Robby Andrews from The University of Virginia is the No. 3 all time 19 year old and younger runner for 800 meters. To get so good he must have started running competitively at an early age and had people pushing him. Right?

The link below is a great article on how Robby's parents handled Robby's talent for running. It's so important to understand that running must come from within. Not from a parent pushing a young runner to train harder or run in competitive meets outside the normal fall xc season or spring outdoor track season.
