Dear HHS XC,

Information for our team banquet.

• WHO: XC runners and family
• WHAT: Team Banquet
• WHEN: Thursday, November 18 - 6:00 to 8:00 PM
• WHERE: Haslett High School Cafeteria
• WHY: To celebrate anther awesome season
• COST: $10.00/person (payable to Haslett Public Schools)
• Includes wings/sides (Buffalo Wild Wings), drinks, and veggies
• RSVP: Friday, November, 12 (include payment)

If you are available to help Carmen Kastens set-up and/or clean-up she would greatly appreciate your help. You can email her at u2momma@comcast.net

We will also need volunteers to bring a dessert to pass. If you would like to bring a special treat, please email Carmen at the email address above to let her know what you are bringing.

The form needs to be printed, filled out by runners and turned in to Coach Stanko with payment by Friday, November 12th. Checks payable to Haslett Public Schools. Email Coach Stanko @ stankona@haslett.k12.mi.us for the form.

We need to have everyone who is planning to attend RSVP, so we can have an exact number of who will be attending the banquet. We will not be collecting RSVP/payment after Friday, November 12th.
