
Friday
- 4:45 practice. 4-6 mile run with Chelsea distance runners. Pizza after run in Coach Stanko's room. Brief talk from Coach Stanko about 10 Commandments of Running.
 
Saturday
- 9:00 AM practice. Meet on the track and ready to run by 9:05. Medium Progression run on Tihart. Out and Back. The mile marks are officially marked up to 5 miles (which would be 10 miles total).
 - Mile 1 left hand side of road "H" on electrical post, maybe 400 meters before Cornell intersection.
 - Mile 2 left hand side of road "H" on tree on VanAtta Road, after the road bends to the left and before it bends to the right.
 - Mile 3 left hand side of road "H" on ground.
 - Mile 4 left hand side of road "H" on ground.
 - Mile 5 left hand side of road "H" on ground.
 - If you have an odd number distance for the day, then add your last mile on the track.
 
Saturday Evening
- 6:30 Playmakers Spike Night. Go tell everyone how cool Haslett is. Jonah should wear his jean shorts.
 
Sunday
- Rest up. Many of you can't wait for this day. You deserve it.
