A Happy Place

The track is a happy place... as Claire's journal reminds us all. This photo comes from Claire's kindergarten homework journal. She came to the track one crisp spring morning to hang out with Dad and watch the kids run.

We can see from the picture that the runner is running fast... which the distance runners do and we can see that the track is a happy place from the bright rainbow of colors. I am really happy for everyone's running. You should have confidence in the skills you have developed. Some nice spring weather is on the way, which will help you all display the fruits of your labor at the up and coming meets. I have a secret to share, but I just have to find a time to share it with you all. It's just a little trick of the trade that you all should know about. Remind me next week if you would.
