Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Due to our League meet being reschedule for next Tuesday we need to update our training a little. Here is what we will do over the holiday weekend.
  • Saturday. 9:00 AM. Track. 5-8 x 200 (200r) @ 800m race pace.
  • Sunday. On your own. 45 minutes
  • Monday. 9:00 AM. Lake Lansing Trails. 45 minutes
The weather is looking to get a little warmer over the next few days. Be on top of your hydration by drinking water throughout the day and having a sports drink after your runs.
