Thursday, July 21st
The group is going to meet at 7:00 AM on this coming Thursday, July 21st. HHS track. It is supposed to be on the warm side, so getting out earlier than 9:00 will help you all get in some better quality running. Speaking of heat... be sure to drink plenty of water and some gatorade during these hot summer days.
