It will be a very competitive field and we are lucky to be in a Regional with so many other great teams. It will only make us better and stronger. As we embark on our journey keep in mind that we must continually work harder than our opponents.

A little side note... My sophomore year of high school our team was in a similar situation. We were in a very tough Regional. We ended up finishing 4th (top 3 teams go to states), but we had 4 individual runners qualify... so our team got to go to states. At the state finals we improved on our Regional place and finished 3rd in the state. You never know what you are going to get when you toe the line.
