Track and Field Videos on Flotrack
It's always nice to see that you are doing the right things. This video goes over a workout that a post-collegiate running group in Indiana does to strengthen their bodies to handle more work, a.k.a running. Many of the exercises and hurdle drills are what we have been doing this past winter after our runs. Every year we will be taking advantage of this type of training to prepare our bodies to handle the stressful track workouts we will be performing in the spring.
