Congratulations to Erika Heston who has qualified for the 2009 AAU Junior Olympic Games at Drake University in Des Moines, IA on Aug. 4th - 6th in the 100 meter hurdles. She had to do a district qualifier at Southfield HS and be in the top 4 and a regional qualifier at North Farmington HS and be in the top 4 to qualify for nationals. Good Luck in August and keep up the HARD WORK! It's paying off big time.

Nationals - Hurdle Qualifier!
