Below is the list of teams we will face at the Regional, with their top 5 average times from last years State Meet. As you know a lot can change from one year to the next, but the times should give you a great idea of what it will take to get to the State Finals this year.
- The Girls top 5 need to average 20:00 or better.
- The Boys top 5 need to average 16:45 or better.
Both of these standards are well within each teams' reach. The sooner you convince yourself that it is possible the better.
