FAST... not hard

We need to make a change to some wordage on the training schedule. In place of the word "HARD" in regards to effort (easy, medium, hard), you will now see the word "FAST". So this means you will think of your workouts in terms of an easy pace, a medium pace, and a fast pace.

The article that prompted me to make this change can be found at the following link...

Think back to one of your ideal races... a PR day. How did it feel to run that PR? It is very common to run your best race and look back and say... "I was floating along... I probably could have run a little faster." And days that don't go so well... well they were hard. You struggled. You were tense.

To run your fastest you need to be relaxed. You can't run fast when you are tense.
