MI Runner

Michigan Runner sent the cover off to the printing press and we will shortly have copies for everyone. Thanks to everyone for coming out and bearing the cold weather. Looking at Cassie and Grant in their short sleeves one would not guess it was 30 degrees outside... unless you compare that to me and my hat and gloves... but you can't do that because I always over dress. Looking at all the facial expressions, it is amazing to see everyone's personality so clearly in this picture. It was great to be able to share this with everyone that had been CONSISTENT with their training since the end of XC until Thanksgiving. Monday starts winter training. There will be many cold days ahead, but I can guarantee it will be worth it if you get out there and do your "homework." Happy Running! Mr. Stanko
