Did someone say WATCH?

Look at it this way. Do you ever see a baseball player on the field without their baseball glove on? A watch for running could be compared to this piece of equipment for a ball player. Yes you can go out for a run without a watch, but to monitor your progress/training a watch is a must have.

We would like to see EVERYONE that is serious about improving their running to have a watch. The key feature a running watch needs to have is a sport timing feature including a chronograph with lap or split option. This is for getting mile splits or interval splits during medium and fast running. The best watch available for the price are Timex Ironman Watches that have a lap/split feature. These watches retail for $30.00 to $60.00. Amazon has some good options. See links below
Any questions or concerns about purchasing a watch please let us know. We would really like to make this a requirement in the feature for all runners to have. Easy runs should be run off the watch, but medium and fast paced running need to be on the watch.
