MEDIUM EFFORT paces that are in line to these times. Running at a medium effort is one of the best types of training you can do. Running a MEDIUM EFFORT workout the day before a low-key meet should not be a problem for any Haslett Runner! Over the next month we will be devoting a big portion of our training to developing this pace.
