Form

We will go over some of the basics of dialing in your form when we get a nice day. For the time being keep these images in your head. Look at how their feet land pretty close to underneath their bodies. The forward moment is created from their legs driving them forward (not pulling). Your stride length comes from behind you.

MEN:
