For those middle school athletes who participated in the form running clinic I hope you still remember the 2 key things we covered.
- Carry your ARMS at the happy medium (not too high or not too low).
- Keep your FEET under and behind you.
The video is of you running before we talked and then after we talked. Maybe not a huge change, but it allows you to see your form in slow motion and to see if you are carrying your ARMS at the happy medium and keeping your FEET under and behind you.
